Vets on the Hudson is seeking an experienced, detailed and organized full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our start up practice in Edgewater, New Jersey. In this vital admin role, you are the liaison between our clients and medical staff. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF VETERINARY RECEPTION EXPERIENCE! You get to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our animal clinic office running smoothly. You must have a positive, warm phone presence and proven ability to de-escalate tense customer situations. Your primary responsibilities will be to greet arriving patients, answer phones, schedule appointments and procedures, and manage virtual communications (email, text, social media), as well as manage other front desk staff. There will always be a variety of admin tasks that you can help with, including keeping the front office organized.

- Must have at least 1 year of relevant veterinary professional receptionist experience
- Exceptional writing, diction, and grammatical skills
- Available to work 4-5, 10hr/shifts and weekends
- Current hours Tues/Wednesday-10-5pm, Thurs/Fri 9am-7pm, Sat 10am-5pm

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
