About us
¡HOLA! Elementary is the Premier Arts-infused Dual Language School on the west coast of Florida. Our goal is to Inspire, Accelerate, and Empower through Arts and Language.
Come be the professional, innovative teacher you always dreamed of becoming.
¡HOLA! Elementary is looking for a highly effective teacher(s) for the opening of the Premier Arts-infused Dual Language PreK -Grade 5 elementary school. While our Arts program will be one to highlight, we strive to maintain a standard of excellence in our core dual language academic program. Teachers will be trained and supported in interdisciplinary themed units that prepare students for classrooms that support emergent bilingual learners.
The majority of our school will draw students from the entirety of Manatee County's private, public, and charter schools.
¡HOLA! Elementary seeks teachers who believe in the power of education. We hire experienced faculty with proven track records, and new faculty who have demonstrated potential to become outstanding educators. Faculty who are to be the most successful at ¡HOLA! Elementary are individuals who are dedicated to student success. Teachers who are looking for an opportunity to have input into the curriculum and tailor their lessons to the individuals sitting in front of them.
Who Are You?
¡HOLA! Teachers ARE professionals and want to be part of a collaborative team that strives to fulfill the mission of the school. They see themselves as builders of the future generation of leaders.
They have a strong work ethic and high standards for themselves as they expect the best performance possible from their students. They are compassionate and have empathy towards children. They see possibilities vs the probabilities of the statistics that their children represent.
They are intentional and offer choices that invite children to join in on the learning process. They are nurturing, and realize that nurturing often requires understanding, discipline, and consistency. They sincerely care about the social and academic development of children.
What do you Know?
¡HOLA! Elementary’s teachers are expected to learn and understand the foundations of Arts-infused learning and dual language literacy development. They will apply these two schools of thought in their classroom daily.
They are expected to bring the Art domains (music, theatre, dance, digital, and visual art) into the classroom to create pathways for learning that guide a broad range of student learning styles. They recognize that one size does not fit all, and they adjust instruction accordingly.
