Our Assistant Recruiters is responsible for being the face of our brand, culture and at the forefront of new hire interactions. Our recrutiers exemplify our company standards and assist new applicants with direction and guidance. Our recruiters customize the interactions for the applicants so we may assist them with finding the perfect fit for them here inside the company.
Responsibilities:
- Speak with new applicants
- Assist in the hiring process.
- Hold up and represent our company standards.
- Schedule interviews
- Collect information and notes for the executive staff based on each interview.
- Qualify each applicant for the right position.
- Properly pass off each applicant you deem is fit for the roles and responsibilites of the job posting.
- Represent the company as a whole and our culture.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication
- Ability to communicate with applicants
- Excellent ability to connect with applicants.
- Honest and strong moral compass
- Some sales
- Learn and effectively communicate our company and its culture.

Duties:
-Train and develop our new talent to uphold our standards and expectations.
- Going home to home in neighborhoods educating home owners about the current federal and state mandates.
- Identify and qualify applicants through effective questioning and active listening
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential applicants through follow ups and interview scheduling
- Collaborate with the management toeam to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified applicants
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date on compnay policies, standard and culture.
- Meet or exceed monthly interviews scheduled.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Persuasive and confident in person presence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools
