The Entry Level Customer Service Representative is responsible for developing a strong relationship with consumers while simultaneously supporting the sales team. An ideal candidate should be competitive, collected, professional, and comfortable with all modes of communication (especially in-person). The Entry Level Customer Service Representative role requires a problem-solving mindset, as well as the flexibility to be assigned to different territories according to the clients' needs.
What You Will Learn as an Entry Level Customer Service Representative:
- How to quickly gain a 360-degree understanding of any new product or service offered by our Auto Glass client
- How to master delivering compelling sales pitches and driving customer engagement
- How to effectively deliver our clients' message to different types of people in a comfortable and confident manner
- Business and Management skills including leadership skills, training others and managing a team
- Initiate auto glass assessment and evaluate eligibility for insurance coverage and replacement offerings
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of each department’s daily processes and goals and how it interacts with the customer relations team
- Gaining knowledge of our company policies, protocols, and processes to embrace our mission fully to deliver the best possible customer service experience
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience within a customer service or relevant sales role
- The ability to adapt to new environments and personalities
- A high degree of professionalism and reliability
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to troubleshoot
