- **Telephone and Communication:**

- Direct calls to the appropriate staff members and handle patient inquiries.
- **Insurance and Billing Support:**
- Learn and understand the basics of insurance processing and patient billing.
- Assist patients with insurance questions and processing, ensuring accurate information is provided.
- **Team Collaboration:**
