Superior Traffic Control, LLC is the largest traffic control company in the State of Tennessee with regional offices in Memphis, Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga. We also service Arkansas, Alabama, Louisiana, northern Georgia, northern Mississippi, and Texas. Superior Traffic Control, LLC is currently seeking to fill Receptionist position at our Corporate office in Christiana, TN. This position will provide administrative support through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and application to ensure efficient operation of the office and operational goals.
Responsibilities:
· Answer phones promptly and use good judgement to prioritize the distribution of messages in a timely manner, includes managing phone system management
· Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to copying, faxing, mail distribution and filing
· Greet visitors
· Perform data entry with accuracy
· Oversight of President/VP calendar (can include expense reports, hotel reservations, etc.)
· Maintaining/ordering office supplies
· Local errands as needed (bottled water, coffee, groceries, etc.)
· Key Card assignment for new hires
· Oversight of company shipping account
· Coordinate building maintenance (backflow testing, building cleaners, alarm system, etc.)
· Assist in resolving any administrative problem
· May assist with overflow work from other departments when needed
· Other duties as needed/assigned

Requirements:
· 2+ years hands on administrative support experience
· Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
· Knowledge of standard operating office equipment
· Must be able to complete tasks accurately and deliver with high quality and in a timely manner.
· High School Diploma required, college courses will be preferred
· Construction background a plus
Compensation / Benefits:
· Hourly rate of pay will depend upon experience, paid on a weekly basis
