Description of General Responsibilities:The Key Ops Position is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the completion of all work activities for providing day-to-day support for ATT Print 360 copier, printer, and fax equipment. This is a service quality and customer satisfaction oriented position with quality performance measurements. The technical aspect of this position requires following pre-established guidelines, and using sound judgment. Additional job functions consist of:

Monitoring internal control systems and tracking activity metrics data for service level agreement requirements.

Responsible for the overall monitoring, ordering, & distribution of supplies to floors for equipment (e.g. paper, toner, staples, etc.).

Responsible for preventive maintenance on office equipment (clean glass, check and load supplies, meter reads).

Assist team with equipment diagnosis and resolve maintenance/repair issues.

Liaison between end-user, Help Desk and off-site service technician

Assess and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through written and verbal communication follow through.

Achieve expected productivity levels associated with assigned workload and level of experience.

Interacts with external customer for the purpose of determining service needs on equipment and ensuring an overall high level of customer satisfaction with the service performed.

Maintain a productive and professional relationship with internal and external client(s).

Promote safety as outlined in the guidelines, as it relates to all business practices
Physical requirements:Requires lifting or carrying of weight equal to 50 pounds or less. Requires walking and/or standing for extended periods of time. Requires manual and detailed work using both hands. Also may require repetitive manual task.
