Job Description: As a Local Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to our customers within the Charlotte area. You will be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service and representing our brand positively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers
- Unloading products, ensuring accuracy and safety
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate effectively with customers and company staff
- Maintain delivery logs and records as required
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or similar role
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with the Charlotte area is a plus
