**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing administrative support and exceptional customer service in a professional office setting.
**Duties:**
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone systems
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with project coordination and order entry as needed
- Enter Estimate documents and maintain records
- Provide customer support and address inquiries promptly
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Proficiency in calendar management and organizing appointments
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of front desk operations and administrative procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $16.25 - $17.00 per hour
