About Waypoint:
Waypoint offers comprehensive services, including a special purpose private school for children with autism and other developmental disabilities, case management and outpatient therapy services for children and adults, and residential and in-home supports for adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities.
About the Role:
This role is a strategic member of the Human Resources team and regularly interfaces with other key leaders or department staff within the organization. The HR Recruitment Specialist will fulfill recruiting and employee onboarding responsibilities to address and meet workforce demands effectively.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience in Recruiting or Human Resources.
Requirements:
- Two years of recruiting experience preferred
- Highly motivated, strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Proficient with computer skills, including PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Excel
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
