Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process for various positions within the organization
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
- Utilize applicant tracking systems or Workday to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records
- Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job ads on relevant platforms
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interview techniques and selection processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of HRIS systems, such as Salesforce or Workday, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with succession planning and employee relations practices
- Strong research skills to identify potential candidates through various channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision
