Our team of Brand Ambassadors/Sales Associates dives into the areas in which they can help and provides options to prospective customers via service, sales, and client information.
We prepare our Brand Ambassador/Sales Associates for their roles through training in industry knowledge, customer communication, and client missions. They are essential in generating new fundraising efforts and collecting and maintaining records to review and revise marketing and sales practices. Brand Ambassador/Sales Associates within our firm are those who pay attention to detail, have enthusiastic conversations with those around them, drive themselves to expand their sales knowledge, and can adjust to different styles of outreach and customer service.
Responsibilities of the Brand Ambassador/Sales Associate Role:
- Initiate and complete the outreach and enrollment process by communicating directly with consumers about client purpose and mission
- Offer relevant client information to identify customer interests and determine potential donation opportunities
- Build a skilled understanding of charity industries and current events to assist in customer inquiries
- Meet with management and members of the Brand Ambassador/Sales Associate teams for training on required client operations, sales, and industry knowledge
- Work with other Brand Ambassador/Sales Associates to collect and maintain donor records while paying special attention to confidentiality and client compliance processes
What We Look For in a Brand Ambassador/Sales Associate:
- High school diploma or equivalent certification is required
- An Associate's, Bachelor’s or two-year program degree is encouraged
- Knowledge of customer service, retail, sales, marketing, business, and communications is preferred
- Ability to work with other Brand Ambassador/Sales Associates and management team members to build and achieve client goals in sales, outreach, and engagement metrics
- Desire to expand their knowledge and skills past the entry level through training and proper guidance

Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week
