Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat by providing technical support and troubleshooting guidance.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
- Walk customers through step-by-step solutions for technical problems.
- Utilize our CRM system to document and monitor customer issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferably experienced in customer support or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support software.
- Demonstrates patience and empathy in customer interactions.
- Ability to explain technical matters clearly and understandably.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, IT support, or a related field.
