Energy One Windows of Houston is in search of a self- starter to quickly grow with our company, from a lead generation position to an in-home sales director position. This position requires learning our marketing process to generate leads in- person with potential customers, and after four weeks of continuous marketing/sales training, begin training for our in-home sales position to sell your own window appointments. If you have ever wanted to learn how to sell and make thousands of dollars weekly this is your opportunity. Our ideal candidate is highly self-motivated and preferably has some experience in
- marketing, customer service, professional sales or in restaurant/retail environments.
- *In-home sales experience is preferred but not necessary. Solar, Window, Pest Control, Home
- Security experience is a bonus!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
● You will be visiting potential customers at their homes learning to generate leads, then in-homes in order to consult and identify the product that will fit their needs to make sales.
● You will use the tools, training and sales methodology and create a connection with the customers to offer our replacement services.
● You will have industry leading product samples, support and technology to assist you in closing the sale.

Pay: $72,505.88 - $125,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
