Executive Chef - Great worklife balance - 4.5 day work week

- Restaurant open 5 nights over peak season and 4 nights the rest of the year

- Focus will be dinner, but will also oversee breakfast and lunch when needed
- Salary 80,000 per year

REQUIRMENTS
- Culinary Degree preferred
- Sous Chef or higher in fine dining restaurant and/or hotel
- Great references and track record
- Farm to table focused
- Organized and creative
