Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provide excellent customer service to all call recipients and always display professionalism.
2. Schedules pick-up times for transportation appointments.
3. Verify that all patients understand at what time they need to be ready, which Driver will pick them up, and the time of their appointment.
4. Verifies information needed for transportation.
5. Work as team players to cover the phone system for other team members at lunch times and when major demand of agents is needed in different phone queues.
6. Relays information to Dispatchers and Drivers regarding appointments and any special information regarding a transportation appointment.
7. Ensure that all HIPAA/ OSHA standards are in compliance.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 per hour
