Benefits Technology Manager
The Benefits Technology Manager will oversee a team that is responsible for partnering with clients to ensure their enrollment needs are being serviced within timelines and with a high level of quality. This role will be responsible for overseeing large accounts and manage a team of technology implementation specialist. Ideal candidates have a strong understanding of the implementation process and knowledge of the benefit technology platforms.
Essential Functions:
- Ensure team meets implementation timelines and goals
- Mentor and coach team members and help implement best practices
- Analyzing data to help provide clients with key information to make decisions
- Act as liaison between technology vendor, clients and company
- Perform root-cause analysis and issue resolution for the ongoing operation and maintenance of technology solutions
- Meet deadlines, ensure quality, and augment teams when necessary
- Ensure that the PES initiatives and deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and with quality

Skills/Qualifications:
- Experienced, motivated, and driven self-starter
- Ability to multitask and adhere to tight deadlines
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Superior attention to detail
- Must perform well in a high-energy, dynamic, and team-oriented environment
- Experience with enrollment platforms (bswift, Selerix, Employee Navigator, PlanSource)
- MS Office Experience (including a strong knowledge of VLookups and pivot tables)
