Reports to: Member Experience Manager / Branch Manager
Job Summery:
The individual will provide prompt, efficient and courteous member service by accurately processing transactions or cross-selling credit union products and services. This individual will be accountable for a cash drawer as assigned and documentation as required. Employee will serve as front-line contact for most member dealings at the credit union.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform basic financial transactions including: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and member service duties by accurately processing transactions or cross-selling credit union products and services.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. One year experience in a financial institution or retail customer sales/service environment required.
2. High school diploma or G.E.D.
3. Any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job required.
