About the role:
As the Senior Director of Growth Marketing at Siena, you will develop, optimize, and execute strategies for Siena's externally facing demand generation channels. You will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to own a pipeline target and implement tactics that resonate with our ideal customer profile. You will drive our demand generation engine, nurture our community, manage strategic partnerships, and enhance our social media presence. By building and optimizing our campaign strategy, you will play a key role in making growth a core competency at Siena. Additionally, you will work closely with our CMO to boost our brand marketing efforts and strengthen our market position and engagement.
Get Ready To:
Build and execute GTM strategies to drive a robust pipeline of high-intent leads and customers through multiple channels
Own the creation, execution, and analysis of Siena’s growth initiatives
Develop and manage Siena's brand marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and positioning
Nurture and grow Siena’s community by creating and implementing strategies to engage with our audience
Develop a scalable, strategic social media presence with engaging content that builds our brand
Collaborate closely with product in bringing new products to market and strategic GTM initiatives
Build competitive playbooks that position Siena as the #1 leader in our category
Manage agency partnerships, syndicate relationships, and related tech vendors to support our marketing initiatives
Proactively partner with leaders in sales development, marketing, and success
Build and lead an excellent team of GTM professionals
Join the Team if You:
5+ years of experience in technology marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS context
3+ years of management experience with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
Demonstrate success in launching and managing marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and growth results
Strongly familiar with Hubspot, Google Analytics, Social Media platforms or similar systems
Can leverage data and analytics to drive marketing strategies and decisions
Must-have eCommerce or martech exprience
Nice to Have:
Experience with Conversational AI, or customer service platforms.
Demonstrated ability in influencing product development and roadmap priorities based on community and the market's feedback and data, ensuring product aligns with customer needs.
A background in project management, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
