This role offers the opportunity to support multiple senior leaders in our headquarters in McLean, VA, working as an integral part of an administrative team that drives the day-to-day operations of our business. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness

Understand each line of business and support our DC executive leadership team by managing complex calendars, coordinating appointments, meetings, and extensive rescheduling; researching and booking travel arrangements; managing expense reporting; and assisting with the execution of agreements and contracts

Work with team members in our New York, Chicago, San Francisco, and Boston offices to ensure consistent support

Uphold EA processes and procedures

Assist with the planning and execution of all leadership meetings as needed

Coordinate with Operations and Marketing teams on meetings and events attended by leadership

Provide back-up support to the Office Coordinator, including handling mainline inquiries and front desk duties
- Minimum of 5 years of executive-level administrative experience supporting executive leadership, preferably in a professional services environment

Highly proficient in MS applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Ability to prioritize multiple projects with strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail

Strong analytical skills, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality

Self-starter with great critical thinking skills, able to work both in a team and independent environment

Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fluid environment

High level of professionalism with an executive presence, remaining calm under pressure
