Position Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service/Administrative Assistant (Bilingual). The Customer Service/Administrative Assistant performs routine clerical and administrative work such as answering telephones, receiving the public, providing customer assistance, data entry, and processing new customer orders. This position calls for flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact well with all levels of external visitors as well as internal management and staff.
What you will do:
· Provide excellent customer service
· Assist the sales department with order processing
· Respond to customer inquiries via email and telephone
· Research required information using available resources
· Handle and resolve customer complaints
· Provide customers with product information
· Process orders
· Identify and escalate priority issues
· Route calls to appropriate departments
· Follow up customer calls where necessary
· Complete call logs and daily route sheets
· Answering phones in a busy, fast-paced environment
· Transfer callers to appropriate personnel/departments.
About you:
· An Associate’s degree is preferred;
· Minimum 2+ years of customer service work experience.
· Experience working with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· Ability to effectively communicate in English (written, oral) & Spanish language (oral)

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a Part-time, Regular days and hours of work are Sunday through Thursday, 6:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
