TITLE OF JOB: Multi-Unit Manager
SUMMARY:
The Multi-Unit Manager oversees the efficient functioning of designated QSR units, supporting the District Director of Operations. Their role entails meeting sales targets, ensuring profitability, enhancing customer service, and securing market share objectives, all while safeguarding the business's long-term success and reputation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Foster teamwork and motivation through effective communication.
· Ensure compliance with brand standards, lease agreements, and safety regulations.
· Monitor quality control and adherence to policies.
· Maintain product presentation standards.
· Manage hiring, termination, and advancement processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
· 2-4 years of relevant experience
· Proficient in advanced Excel and other systems like Access, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.
· Skilled in working with large data sets.
· Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical abilities to identify insights in data, correlate them to their sources, and effectively communicate findings.
· Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment with a strong sense of urgency.
EDUCATION:
A Bachelor’s degree, and an MBA is a plus
