Cashier:
This person will be responsible for guiding guests through our menu, upselling whenever possible, and taking orders.
Job Duties:
-Being knowledgeable of our menu and vast beverage offerings
-Provide great customer service with fast friendly and efficient service
-Take orders and enter them into the POS
-Follow correct cash handling procedures
-Stocking and maintaining our cashier station
-Represent the brand in a professional manner at all times
Dining Room Attendant:
This person will be responsible for greeting guests at the door; delivering food and beverages to all guests; and clearing, cleaning and resetting tables.
Job Duties:
-Greet guests with a smile
-Deliver beverages and meals to guests quickly
-Clear, clean, and reset tables
-Stocking and maintaining the self service areas of the restaurant, including the soda machine, bus station, and condiment/utensil station
-Sweeping and mopping as necessary
Note: These are tipped positions. Tips will be received in addition to hourly wages, and will be shared between Cashiers and Dining Room Attendants.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting, with a strong understanding of POS systems, cash handling, and customer service
- Proficiency in food handling and food safety protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong time management skills
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and transactions
- Experience with upselling and sales techniques to enhance customer experience
- Certification in food safety and sanitation practices is preferred
