CRG is now seeking to hire an experienced FSS Program Manager to add to our amazing team.
Position: FSS Program Manager
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced FSS Program Manager who will oversee and supervise our Family Self-Sufficiency Program and FSS Coordinators at various sites. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful launch and seamless operation of the FSS Program, overseeing program design, execution, and providing support to coordinators to navigate challenges effectively. The role involves comprehensive FSS training for coordinators, HUD Compliance and Performance Reporting, and fostering positive relationships with FSS program stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market the FSS program in collaboration with the FSS team to recruit participants and maintain the program at capacity.
- Supervise FSS staff, including the provision of training, guidance, and workload management.
- Perform all required administrative functions for the FSS program to ensure proper internal controls, continued compliance with appropriate federal/state regulations, and ongoing financial viability.
- Maintain and review of the escrow account balances for all FSS participants in collaboration with the finance department.
- Work with the in-house director to monitor program outcomes and adjust policies and procedures accordingly.
- Oversees case management for FSS clients to ensure their successful completion of the program, including, but not limited to, counseling, advocacy, and monitoring service providers.
- Develop and maintain an interactive network of multifamily housing authorities, community organizations, and other service providers to provide information and referral to participants.
- Maintain and review all required forms, documentation, and reports in an accurate and timely manner as required.
Key Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Associates/Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field; bachelor’s strongly preferred; and/or equivalent work experience required.
- Prior employment experience as a FSS Coordinator .
- Experience in program management or coordination, preferably in social services or community outreach.
- Working knowledge of the FSS program, as well as federal and state entitlement programs, welfare programs and community resources.

- Ability to travel between locations as needed.
- Strong organizational, computer, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
