We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, order entry, and possess excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for management
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Produce reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, and distribute correspondence
- Support customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or relevant role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with calendar management and project coordination is a plus
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred
