Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and returns
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in or other languages is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers
- Proficient in using applications for data entry and customer management
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
