Job Overview:
As a compliance Coordinator, you will ensure that the company’s operations and practices are conducive to the regulations set forth by its governing bodies. You will audit all incoming information and provide/recommend corrections as necessary. You will complete audits to ensure full compliance across all entities based on federal and state regulations surrounding each.
Duties
- Prepares files for compliance audit by performing complete audits and corrections of employee files as needed.
- Supports department by collecting and coordinating internal compliance documents across campus and properly adding to employee record.
- Provides administrative support by implementing procedures to ensure compliance.
- Receives employees and/or guests by answering questions and responding to requests.
- Keeping up to date with regulations as they change.
- Prepare and distribute relevant concise interdepartmental communication as necessary.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
- Adding value to the Compliance Coordinator role by devising new ways of tracking and improving compliance practices.
- Recommending ways to minimize risk cause by lack of sound practices.
- Provide support to all entities and manage compliance issues.
- Coordinate with leadership time and management to design and implement all corrective plans.
- Collaborate with On Boarding team to perform a final audit and scan all completed files into file storage system DynaFile.
- Batch Scan new employee document updates as they come in.
- Assists with office operations as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; and/or 6 to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
