We are looking for a driven, friendly, experienced individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team at our centrally-located Wichita agency. We are dedicated to delivering outstanding insurance products and providing exceptional service. Our Customer Service Representatives handle all customer issues and product support post-sale, allowing our sales team to focus on generating new business and driving growth for the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with customers via phone-based, online, and in-person communication.
- Use provided leads to contact individuals and business owners daily, with a goal of making 100 outgoing contacts each day.
- Provide quotes for car insurance, home insurance, renters insurance, life insurance, and commercial insurance. Meet a goal of quoting at least 25 households per week.
- Work towards weekly and monthly sales goals of at least $12,500 in premium sold each week, 20 total policies sold per month, and at least one life or commercial insurance policy per month.
- Attend weekly meetings to set goals, plan actions, and review progress.
- Work with other agents to close deals, finalize paperwork, and assist customers as needed.
- Use Dual CRMs (Salesforce and Agency Zoom) to maintain and update customer information.
- Follow daily task lists to maintain contact with prospective customers and work towards closing sales.
- Manage and compile documentation for each policy sold, including application forms, inspection reports, policy documents, and risk assessments.
- Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork both physically and digitally.
