QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma/ GED required plus experience with a social service agency necessary. Good word processing skills, good inter-personal skills, strong sense of organization essential, must be detail oriented, working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Act as Administrative Assistant for Arbor Inn, representing the agency to residents and other visitors in a courteous, professional manner. Share responsibility, with other staff, for the safety, security and maintenance of the facility.
1. Function as liaison with contracting agencies (DHS) via CARES and OTDA.
2. Responsible for preparing invoices and tracking client length of stay for billing purposes via CARES.
3. Manage the office/reception area by maintaining supplies and inventory.
4. Act as receptionist in front area and as secretary for program.
5. Type correspondence, transcribe statistics and prepare monthly reports as assigned.
6. Log and distribute mail to staff and residents via resident mailbox.
7. Attend staff and other meetings as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,000.00 per year
