To fuel our 2024 growth plans, we are looking for experienced, talented sales professionals to join our New York sales team.
As Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in GDS, acquiring new clients and expanding our existing accounts.
At GDS we pride ourselves on rewarding our sales team, so you will receive a monthly, uncapped commission scheme so your success is recognized and rewarded, with OTE earnings in your first year expected to be c. $200,000+.

Research and generate leads across technical markets
- Provide strong domain and vertical expertise to help develop solutions that promote long-term engagement with GDS Group
- Own the full sales cycle process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics
- Working with new and emerging technology providers worldwide
- Articulate our value proposition to ensure the business impact of the solution is understood by our prospect/client

7+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven ability to ask probing questions to understand the client’s business and technology issues and consult on solutions that align to their requirements
- Passionate for new business sales/prospecting
- Ability to work under pressure, organize and priorities responsibilities
- Experience in cold outreach, LinkedIn and new business prospecting
- Good organisation and timekeeping
- Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior level relationships.
- Articulate communicator with strong phone-based presentation skills
- Experience of managing a team within a sales environment
