We are looking for a motivated self starter to assist sales staff, management and customers in all aspects of showroom operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answer phone calls, and schedule showroom appointments
Monitor and maintain office supplies.
Coordinate with IT on all office equipment.
Provide general support to customers.
Handle, or refer as needed, customer inquiries and issues.
Facilitate communication between departments.
Maintain clean and tidy appearance of showroom floor and samples.
May include generating and posting relevant social media content.
Coordinate with other departments to maintain current product pricing.
Anticipate and proactively address scheduling conflicts.
Qualifications
- Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong customer service and phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle data entry and manage calendars.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems.
-Must be able to lift heavy samples, as well as spend most of each shift on a computer.
