Job Overview:

Duties:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow proper food handling procedures and adhere to food safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the kitchen
- Support in stocking and inventory management
- Assist in dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with the kitchen team
- Prior experience in a hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is desirable
- Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and familiarity with food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Experience with banquet or cook duties is a plus
- Proficiency in food handling techniques
