Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in various clerical tasks. Need to be located in Charlottesville.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and other correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Help with personal tasks such as errands, shopping, and scheduling appointments
- Coordinate projects and follow up on action items
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in using tools such as DocuSign, Google Suite, QuickBooks, and other office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in calendar management and project coordination is a plus
