We are looking for an upbeat, personable, dependable Inside Sales Representative with a strong background in Millwork/ Millwork Sales to help us deliver wow service to our customers. This position is excellent for the skilled multi-tasker who loves challenging his/her personal best by excelling at quickly and efficiently responding to customer needs both by email and phone.
This is a busy office with limited face-to-face customers but plenty of customer interaction. So if you love coming to work in jeans but maintaining a highly professional attitude towards clients and if you're mature at heart and really want to grow with a growing business then perhaps this position is for you.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Enter customer orders into the computer.
- Answer incoming customer calls.
- Quote customer's prices on non-stock and stock items.
- Find solutions to customers’ problems.
- Run delivery tickets for truck runs. Check truck run tickets upon return, do credits if necessary.
- Pull literature and samples from stock as necessary.
- Handle all customer pick-up business.
- Put together special truck runs and occasionally make truck run calls. - Enter entrance door tickets and window tickets.
- Assist in counting inventory and checking stock.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Understanding of and the ability to work with our sales catalog.
- Must be able to work with customers and the general public effectively and courteously.
- Analytical Skills - Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.
- Communication, Oral - Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word.
- Communication, Written - Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely.
- Problem Solving - Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
Experience:
- Prior experience desirable.
- Knowledge of specialty building material product lines.
- Computer Skills.
- Highly experienced Microsoft Office user; and, demonstrated adaptability with other company integrated systems.
Other Requirements:
- Must have a valid motor vehicle operator’s license.
- Must be willing to work outside of normal business hours to meet the customer’s needs.
