Job description

Validating and processing the invoices received from the Partners into Special Operations department to the assigned customers;

Processing, generating and facilitating the financial agreements to the clients on behalf of Financial Services

Offering assistance regarding the invoices issued by Financial Services, financial agreements statuses and making sure that the contracts are signed by the customers in a timely manner;

Keeping records of the contracts, budget allocation and that vendors are paid in shorter term the required CT;

Identifying and testing improvement opportunities and active participation in establishing the definition of standards/ creating procedures/ documentation, best approaches in solving the issues that we encounter in our work;

Providing guidance, knowledge sharing with colleagues/ team members relating to each process and specialization;

Execute testing of tools, analyze data, identify, and resolve discrepancies that occur in used tools.
