Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch support to one Executive and indirectly assist a team of 20-30 individuals.
- Expertly manage the Executive’s calendar using Outlook, ensuring smooth scheduling and prioritization.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the Executive and team members, handling logistics with precision.
- Efficiently manage expense reporting for several team members, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with basic knowledge of Excel. Comfortable with various administrative technologies.
- Professionalism: Carry yourself with high integrity and maintain strict confidentiality. A strong work ethic and a professional demeanor are essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’ll be the go-to person for clear and concise information.
