A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic and Execution Planning: Define consumer needs, strategic approach, and competitive landscape. Develop and execute plans, KPIs, and follow-ups for product launches across LATAM. Product Packaging and GTM Development: Lead the development of product packaging and GTM key materials, aligned to Business Unit execution capabilities. Financial Skills: Review and propose a relevant and meaningful portfolio that is accretive in terms of profitability to the company. Analytical Capacity : Analyze market trends, financial data, and category frameworks to support decision-making, provide recommendations, and help resolve issues. Launch Execution and Innovation: Ensure flawless and timely product launches across LATAM. Leverage Kellanova’s vision and strategies to win with consumers and customers, and innovate to support and grow the business.
We’re Looking for Someone With
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering preferred. 3 years of business experience. Demonstrated business planning & implementation skills (Project Management). Understanding of Shopper Marketing strategies, Shopper Activation, Route to Market, Communication (POP, Digital, etc) and complex analysis. English proficiency. Abilities: Decision making, planning, organization, work methodologies and analytical skills. Financial fundamentals knowledge.
