Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will also include assisting in lease creation and correspondence, ensuring new tenants are set up in systems.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and proofreading documents.
- Coordinate projects and support various departments as needed.
- Provide customer support and address inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Assist in the creation and management of lease agreements and related correspondence.
- Ensure new tenants are properly set up in our systems, including data entry and file management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and proofreading.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
