**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level Project Manager (5-10 years) to oversee project cost, schedule, and quality, ensuring alignment with company policies. The role involves cultivating client relationships, participating in construction management, and adapting to project challenges.
**Responsibilities:**
Client and Stakeholder Engagment:
- Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Address clients’ needs and facilitate team conversations.
- Conduct frequent site visits.
Construction Management:
- Review contracts, participate in preconstruction and bidding.
- Oversee submittals, RFIs, purchases, and subcontractor issues.
- Lead project closeouts.
Financial and Risk Management:
- Monitor job costs and labor production.
- Discuss project financials with executives.
- Manage cashflow, billings, and negotiate PCIs.
- Identify and address risks.
Project Scheduling and Monitoring:
- Create and maintain project schedules.
- Conduct weekly schedule updates.
- Adjust plans as necessary and inform the team.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
**Experience:**
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant professional experience.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and a problem-solver.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Primavera P6, Procore, and Bluebeam.
