As a QuickDraw Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of real estate sales, building connections with leads via phone, text, and Zoom. This role extends beyond traditional sales; you'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate their selling options based on their unique circumstances. The sales cycle typically spans 15-60 days, with conversions ranging from a single call to months of communication. Success in this role hinges on always providing value, during initial interactions and follow-ups. To support your efforts, each QuickDraw Consultant receives a monthly Creative Close allowance, empowering them to personalize their approach by sending their leads gestures like handwritten letters, food, and artwork. This allowance enhances their chances of success by fostering meaningful connections with leads.
In addition to relationship-building, QuickDraw Consultants calculate offer prices using comparable sales data.
