Position Summary:
The TMS/Spravato Specialist and Patient Coordinator will be responsible for administering Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato (esketamine) treatments to patients, while also managing patient care coordination. This dual role requires clinical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a compassionate approach to patient interactions. The specialist will ensure the highest quality of care, adherence to protocols, and effective communication between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- TMS/Spravato Administration:
- Conduct TMS and Spravato treatment sessions according to established protocols.
- Monitor patients during treatments, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Educate patients about TMS and Spravato therapies, potential side effects, and treatment expectations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of each treatment session in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Patient Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for TMS and Spravato patients.
- Schedule initial consultations, treatment sessions, and follow-up appointments.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to obtain necessary authorizations and verify patient coverage.
- Assist patients with pre-treatment assessments, including obtaining medical history and completing required forms.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.
- Clinical Support:
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical guidelines.
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage patient files and ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Maintain inventory of treatment supplies and medications, ordering replacements as necessary.
- Assist with marketing efforts to promote TMS and Spravato services.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field; advanced degrees or certifications in psychology, nursing, or related fields preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in mental health.
- Experience with TMS and/or Spravato treatments is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in EMR systems and basic computer applications.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
