Your Team, Your Impact
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide dedicated support to our Chief Security Officer and his senior leadership team, facilitating the executive's ability to effectively lead the department.
What You Can Expect

Managing the executive's calendar, scheduling important meetings, and coordinating events, ensuring all logistical details such as room bookings and catering are handled efficiently.

Coordinating communications and meeting times across different levels of the organization and time zones.

Arranging complex travel plans, both domestic and international, including managing passport and visa requirements.

Handling expense reporting, purchase requisitions, and financial documentation with precision.

Assisting with special projects by conducting research, data compilation, and report preparation.

Supporting departmental functions such as quarterly events and recognition ceremonies, ensuring smooth coordination of activities.

Maintaining exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Providing off hours support during travel emergencies or scheduling conflicts.

Skilled in managing sensitive topics with tact and professionalism, ensuring all communications are handled with discretion and sensitivity.
Minimum of 8 years' experience in administrative and business support roles, ideally within an environment that emphasizes complex scheduling and executive support.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
34 - 50, $ per hour.
The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
