DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls with provided database.
- Make appointments and schedule visits to potential clients.
- Do presentations about company, product line and referral program.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Keep an organized agenda, follow up notes about every potential client.
- Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities and deals won from your meetings.
- Develop relationships with realtors and brokers.
- This position will be focused on appointment setting, executing sales presentations in a face to face format and closing sales
- Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule, including after regular business hours and weekends when needed.
- Candidate should possess an optimistic team-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best.
- Prospecting, Sales Administration and lead generation contacting business executives.
- Support marketing objectives where applicable.
- Build relationship with new and existing clients.
- Attend conference, meetings and industry events as needed.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
