As an Insurance Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to both new and existing clients. Your primary duties will include:
- Greeting clients, understanding their insurance needs, and guiding them to the best policies to meet their requirements
- Demonstrating the features and benefits of various insurance products to clients, and closing sales
- Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and sales activities
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Achieving or exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Providing feedback to management on client needs, market trends, and potential product/service improvements
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in an insurance or B2C environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address client needs
- Basic math skills to handle transactions and provide accurate quotes
- Enthusiasm for learning about new insurance products and industry trends
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed to support client needs
