The Customer Support Specialist position is remote & works closely with the our customers inquiring about our services & is responsible for answering & making inbound/outbound calls, scheduling sales appointments, and taking notes to set our team up for success.

Qualifications:
- Completion of High School.
- Organization and detail orientation.
- Google Suite Experience.
- Excellent communication.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 Years prior experience in home service call taking
- 2 Years of Customer Service Experience
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- English required
