Job Responsibilities:
Building Maintenance and Operations:
- Performs, assists and/or supervises any needed facility repairs and maintenance.
- Establishes rapport and oversees Contractors who service our facility needs.
- Leads facility maintenance, repair and process systems evaluating feasibility and team compliance.
- Assists facility team in preparation and setup for weekly ministry activities focusing on meeting ministry team(s)expectations.
- Assists with the cleaning of the facility and daily routines.
- Assist Facility Director in the management of facility costs, services, resources, staffing, and volunteers.
- Requires on-call availability as needs arise, standard work schedule may rotate between Sun-Thur and Mon -Fri.
- Represent Lifebridge as the Facilities Director in his absence.Campus Grounds Oversight:
- Oversee the work effort of the landscaping contractors charged with the care of our property
- Oversee and supervise any campus ground activities performed by church volunteers and other contractors
- Assist with landscape needs such as irrigation repairs, tree trimming and general care of the campus grounds that arenot covered by lawn service.
- Observe campus needs recommending and/or performing improvement activities.Direct and Develop the Facility Team:
- Assist and lead team roles and weekly responsibilities
- Supervises, leads, and actively participates alongside facility team members work efforts providing recommendationstoward increased productivity
- Provide coaching and mentoring developing associates into leaders
- Promote the Lifebridge culture that embraces change and flexibility
- Lead and role model spiritual direction for the team
- Supervise volunteers who assist with various Lifebridge work effortsJob Qualifications:
- Ability to work alone and maintain good communication with the Facility Director, Facility team members, Lifebridge Staff, vendors and building users
- Must work well with others, be team oriented
- Experience leading employees and/or volunteers
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities, with good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated self-initiative, resolute yet diplomatic with flexibility and creativity to find alternative solutions to challenges

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
