Sales and Marketing Representative - Healthcare
**Job Description:**

**Responsibilities:**
1. Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
2. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell products or services and generate repeat business.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
4. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes, negotiating terms and closing deals.
5. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support.
6. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
8. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2. Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in 65 + Medicare Eligible
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
7. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
8. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
1. At least 2 years of experience in sales - 65+ Medicare eligible
2. Familiarity with sales techniques such as consultative selling, solution selling, or value-based selling.
3. Certification in sales or related field.
