Facilities Manager Position- Self Storage

Facilities manager position opening in Greeley, Colorado. Seeking a community oriented individual to serve as a full time manager. Job responsibilities will be to:
- Engage with prospective tenants who are interested in storage units.
- Show prospective tenants storage units and explain occupancy terms.
- Rent storage units and complete lease agreement outlining conditions and terms of occupancy
- Collect rent due and issue receipts
- Relay tenant complaints or concerns to corporate
- Maintain log of daily events
- Monitor security cameras while on the property
- Inspect the facility to determine needed repairs or maintenance
- Clean up trash daily to ensure cleanliness of property
- Perform rental activities, reconcile cash with sales receipts and prepare records of transactions
- Computer operation, input rental and payment data for reports
- Perform appropriate additional office tasks as requested by Property Management
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, written and oral, and be proficient at basic PC skills such as MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook. Prior self-storage experience is a plus. Applicants should have a familiarity with content creation/management on website, maintaining a social media presence and coordinating advertising of the storage facility. Competitive salary, 401(k), vacation and sick pay. Partial rent compensation provided for living accommodations at apartment complex directly next to storage location. Otherwise manager will need to live in close proximity to the property.
