Overview:
If you have a financial background or are good with numbers, then a career as a treatment coordinator at one of our dental clinics may be the right fit for you! Our treatment coordinators play a vital role in ensuring our patients understand their dental insurance benefits and estimates of their dental treatment.
Our treatment coordinator sets the tone for the day in the office by leading the office morning huddle. They go over the patient’s dental insurance benefits, and then their dental treatment needs and estimates on that treatment. They assist patients on signing up for our discount dental plan or dental payment plan options, so patients can start their treatment right away. Their goal is to help the patient get started with their dental treatment while making sure the patient understands all their payment options to make it most affordable for them.
Treatment coordinators collect balances and estimates and review patient ledgers to make sure it is correct at all times. They will also assist with phone calls, texts, emails, making appointments, and customer service. We want all employees to make sure the patient is their number one priority while giving them the best dental experience. Pay is based on experience with opportunity for raises and bonuses.
