Dorrean is currently recruiting for an Executive Administrative Assistant with an Active Top Secret clearance and a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph for a federal contract role in Washington, DC.
The Executive Administrative Assistant duties include general administrative and clerical duties such as typing, filing, taking meeting minutes, composing routine correspondence, and arranging conferences; assisting in the production of final form documentation to meet requirements of governing contract performing data entry on a variety of systems; and maintaining a document / deliverable / reference library. In addition to secretarial duties (filing, taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements), this position will provide administrative support to executive staff with office management responsibilities to include budgeting, personnel records, and payroll. The Executive Assistant may be required to work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials, scheduling executive calendars, developing, drafting and writing reports, briefs and or proposals, handle all incoming correspondence using databases, attend meetings and conferences for the purpose of composing dictation, conducting research, reviews, possesses and professionally utilize, extensive software, have strong oral and written communication skills, exemplary interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently, exceptional organizational and planning skills, knowledge of office automation systems (Microsoft Office, Image processing (PDFs), Intranet, Electronic Communication, Data Management, Skype) in order to access, manipulate, extract, enter and alter information and providing customer service.
The Executive Administrative Assistant shall have the following qualifications:
- Active Top Secret clearance with an active CI Polygraph that has been updated within the last 5 years.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with eight (8) years or more of general office assistant experience. Educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has ten (10) or more years of experience.
- Knowledge and/ experience using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Power Point, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
- Experience operating standard office equipment, including telephones, copy machine, scanners, facsimile machine, computers, printers, and shredders.
